How to use
Install the app on your phone
Install the Yi IoT App on the app store for your phone:
- Apple: iOS app store
- Android: Google play store
Follow the instructions on the app.
Install the camera
To install the camera:
- Unscrew a light bulb from the lamp or fixture where you want to install the camera
- Screw in the camera
- Make sure the power to the camera is switched on and left on (you may want to use a label on the switch inside your house if this is an outside light)
- Follow the instructions on the app to configure the light and connect it to your wifi
