Q: How much is shipping? 
A: We Offer Free Worldwide Shipping On All Orders!

Q: How long does it take to receive my product?
A:
Our fulfillment warehouse fulfills and ships immediately in some cases, and within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. 
Estimated U.S. shipping time is 8-18 days. 
However, factors such as products with high demand, customs, special handling, or delayed logistics due to COVID-19 can cause delayed delivery times.
International orders may take an additional 10 business days depending on the region and carrier.
Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

Q: Where is my order?
A: You can track your order here: TRACK MY ORDER using the tracking number sent to you via email.
Most orders worldwide will be received within 2-3 weeks of placing your order, depending on the product ordered and the destination.

Q: What is my tracking number?
A: This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 5 days after placing your order by contacting support.

Q: I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
A: Simply contact us at support@tipperhut.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your confirmation number.

Q: Why has my tracking number not updated for a long time?
A:
 When a package does not update its tracking information for a while, most of the time, the carrier will still deliver the package. If you have waited longer than the estimated delivery time and your package has not updated, please contact support.

Q: How can I make changes to my order?
A:   Our shipping partners work very fast and orders begin processing as soon as they are received. We are unable to make changes to order information once an order has been received.

We will try to help you out as best we can. If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us immediately within 4 hours of placing the order.

                 - Your email
                 - Your phone number

Q: How can I cancel my order? 
A: Our shipping partners work very fast and orders begin processing as soon as they are received. We are unable to cancel once an order has been received.  

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return items to us up to 180 days after purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Q: Who do I contact if there's something wrong with my order?
A: If there's a problem with a purchase, let us know right away, within 1-2 business days! Describe the issue and send a photo or short video to show the issue to support@tipperhut.com.
